A training day usually combines theoretical classroom instruction with hands-on practical training. Trainees work on real aircraft components, systems and maintenance procedures under instructor supervision.
The training strongly emphasises practical, hands-on learning while maintaining a solid theoretical foundation. This balance prepares trainees for real operational aircraft maintenance environments.
Previous experience is not always required. Our programs are designed to support both new entrants and career changers, as well as professionals seeking to upgrade their skills.
Upon successful completion, trainees receive training certificates aligned with EASA standards, supporting progression toward certification and employment in EASA-regulated organisations.
